Turbochargers are built, high-speed VSR balanced and air flow calibrated by using the latest test balancer and flow bench to meet and even exceed the OEM specs. All Turbochargers upgrade to compressor wheels which are lighter and stronger to improve performance and durability.
This is a complete turbocharger with an actuator.
