Turbocharger V-Band Blow Off Valve 50mm 35psi Boost BOV Aluminum Clamp Spring

CNC machined to the finest tolerance with the highest grade T6061 aluminum alloy. Countless hours of R&D resulted in a blow off valve that can flow a staggering 60% more than competing designs. This design is vital for the health of your turbo or supercharger under high boost applications.
The BV50Features a large 1.98″ (50.5mm) valve with a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place to prevent the possibility of sticking. The valve stem and guide are PTFE-lubricated and hard anodize-coated for longevity. The V-band aluminum mount and stainless steel clamp give a clean, long-lasting and corrosion-free installation. An over-sized 10mm banjo-style fitting provides for quicker actuator response. The actuator has a high temperature silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm for long life and reliability.
