Tell you how to replace the golf cart ignition coil


1. Remove the battery cables from the golf cart. Make sure to check the battery voltage before removing the cables.

2. Disconnect the wires from the ignition coil. Typically, this is done by removing the mounting screws and then sliding the wires off the coil.

3. Unscrew the mounting bolts that secure the coil to the golf cart frame.

4. Take the old coil off the frame and set aside.

5. Insert the new coil into the frame and secure it with the mounting bolts.

6. Connect the wires to the terminals on the new coil.

7. Reattach the battery cables to the golf cart.

8. Test the ignition coil by turning the key in the ignition to see if the golf cart starts up.

9. If the ignition coil is not working, check the voltage at the terminals to ensure the power is flowing correctly.

10. If the voltage is not correct, adjust the connections until the correct voltage is achieved.
