1. Drain the fuel tank and remove it from the vehicle. Disconnect the fuel line and the throttle cable.
2. Remove the air box and air filter if necessary. Unbolt the carburetor from the intake manifold and disconnect the choke cable.
3. Remove the float bowl by loosening the screws and slide the bowl off the carburetor. Remove the jets and other components from the bowl and set aside.
4. Clean the area around the carburetor, using a rag and carburetor cleaner.
5. Install the new Keihin carburetor onto the intake manifold. Reattach the float bowl and jets, and reconnect the choke cable.
6. Reattach the air box and air filter, and reconnect the fuel line and throttle cable.
7. Fill the fuel tank and turn on the ignition. Start the engine and adjust the idle and mixture screws on the carburetor as necessary.
